Check it out.  I remain shocked that most newspapers still publish stock prices, although this will change rapidly.

I think it was Barron’s that eliminated the stock tables a few years back, got waves and waves of cancelled subscriptions, and quickly reinstated the tables.

Lots and lots of older people still prefer their stock information at a lower frequency, in a paper format. Force of habit.

Google did a crap job on this. Surprised they posted a site in this state. Just about any finance site, i.e., yahoo, abcnews, etc. etc. is better.

I’m surprised at the design emphasis google gives to the charts of previous stock prices.

Any intro to finance class will assume that the market has incorporated all known information into the current stock price. Future performance is independent of past performance.

When somebody displays a graph of a stock price prominently (like CNBC does all the time), I like they’re trying to sell me snake oil.

The Denver Post and the Rocky Mountain News dropped daily stock listings about one month ago.
