I dunno, number 1 seems useful. Not for the intended purpose, though. Population control comes to mind.

I actually like the umbrella one. Many times I have a suit ond have to walk in the city in the rain. While the umbrella, on a windy day keeps the top 1/3 of me dry, the rest will get pretty wet. When I wear my hand made suits I would want that umbrella.
