2. That’s why I come here. It’s my daily inoculation against the majority of daily life that is signaling B.S. Everyone says “it’s the same everywhere.” It’s not. And if it the same almost everywhere it will be my life’s work to find some place that isn’t.
Restaurant visit time: But sometimes a person wants the service to be slower. You might have a date or someone you want to discuss business with. You manage to get them to the dinner table. Slow service would give you more time to have a conversation you want to have.
