Is the answer 100%?
It was recently revealed, or at least hypothesized, that all Caucasians (myself included) have about 4% neanderthal in their DNA. This sounds like the makings for a good pickup line.
Go up to a hot black (or non-white) chick and be like, “You got some neanderthal in you?” and if she says no, “Would you like to?”
