The purpose, apparently, is to let your bird out of its cage and let it fly around. Which is otherwise impossible, since birds try to keep their flying weight as low as possible and thus poop with alarming frequency.
#4 is off-kilt. Sure, Kudrin said about every tobacco and spirits consummer supporting the economy, but he never urged to use the substances, it was a normal “Ah, you caan’t stop? Then you’ll have to pull your weight in overcoming the results.” Bad journalism.

Hmm. Male chimps dominate trap removal jobs. Female chimps prevented from attaining proficiency in this prestigious work. Sexism! Must implement quotas, begin early training of female chimps to help them become interested in how to deactivate traps…
