The Humane Studies Fellowship is a non-residency fellowship program that awards $2,000-$15,000 per year to each participant, and provides individual advising and a support network to foster academic success.

Would appreciate if one such fellowship could be awarded to the prize winner of Freedom Team of India’s policy competition: http://freedomteam.in/blog/content/all-india-policy-writing-competition. The winner might not use it, but having it would attract a lot more competition for writing good policies.
