Target market is the businesses in Tanjong Pagar taking clients out to a meal; also, young professionals dating during lunch hour. The entire stretch of heritage-protected shophouses has steadily developed in that direction, aided by the neighbourhood being within the CBD road pricing zone.
It’s actually a little creepy because the five-foot-ways are utterly wasted upon a crowd of professionals that can’t leave air conditioning for more than a minute – you would start sweating, and then you would stink for the rest of the day – so the shophouse corridors remain oddly desolate throughout the day.

It’s a good cafe, but there are better ones in the immediate area.
Also in terms of target markets, don’t forget the brunch crowd..
