I have difficulties replicating the findings of this study
can’t believe some guys can’t get their girls to give them head
“How can I get my girlfriend to shave”? Disturbing and causes one to inquire, “shave what?”
somewhere down the list:
How do I get my boyfriend to stop reading MR
How do I get my girlfriend to start reading MR
“how can I get my girlfriend to shave”
Interesting how this is the main topic here. 20-30 years ago, that would probably not show up at all. How quickly social norms change.
Really, Tori in DC, I don’t believe that question needs to be asked, at least not for the last decade or two. And I don’t see how it’s disturbing.
In the commentary on the DVD for The Bank Job, the director said that for the brothel scene he couldn’t find any actresses that had…ummm…hairstyles of the era, so he had to…ummm…have the costume designer make some…ahem…period pieces.
I can see that men and women certainly have different priorities!
@Andrew, I’m loving those lines: “period pieces”
I tried this substituting husband/wife for boyfriend/girlfriend. Pretty much the same. One difference I noticed “How can I get my wife to shut up”
I am actually surprised how similar those lists are: love, break-up, better sex, trust… and change annoying habits. The one that DOES stand out is the proposal business
ad wins hands down. Still trying to get my coffee out of my nose.
“It is interesting how both of them mostly answer each other.”
Ha, well spotted sir.
“period pieces”
There’s a perfectly cromulent word for that:
…for that: merkin (NSFW).
Preview is my friend.

“It now has:
How can I get my boyfriend hard”
The answer, apparently, is “shave”.
Let me add my voice to the chorus who say that “ad” at 10:29 AM Jan 12th wins the thread. I think he (she?) even wins the blog for this week.

It is interesting how both of them mostly answer each other. This wins the comments. Perfect.
