Heard it was on hiatus while he was fishing.
Perhaps, I am confused. But 10 years out, according to his own graph, wages in Miami fell less than they did elsewhere. Seems like immigration didn’t hurt Miami wages ?
Actually I think Steve Sailer is on to something with Miami, the Boogersugar Boom needs to be considered.
Also a popular destination for wealthy people fleeing LatAm kleptocrats.
